TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All reservations are for 4 Nights, April 5-8 2024 with campers departing on April 9th.
Guest are welcome to arrive as early as April 1st 2024 and stay as late as April 10th 2024. Each of these additional nights will be charged at a rate of $25.00-$45.00 per additional night. Check in any time the between the 5th - 7th. Stay 1 night or all 4 nights of your reservation, the price of your campsite is the same. 
All tent and RV campsites are primitive sites. No electricity or water will be availible at the individual campsites. 
There will be no refunds for any reason, including no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures regardless of circumstance. There are no exceptions to this policy including illness, family emergencies, or inclement weather. This is an astronomical event that will happen regardless of weather or other circumstances, so rescheduling is impossible. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover your trip.
Rules and Regulations for Eclipse on the Rancg 2024
Check-in: All occupants must register with the Campground Checkin to recive camping spot assignment and armbands. All fees are due at booking of campsite. (4 persons max per tent site/ 6 persons max for RV sites/ 8 persons max for XL RV sites)
Reservations: All reservations include 4 nights stay at the campground. The nights of April 5-8 2024. Additional nights may be booked at the time of reservation for an additional fee. 
Transfers: Reservations can be transfered to another individual up to March 5th 2024. Contact us to transfer the reservation. Only Registered guests will be allowed to occupy campsites. A $100.00 transfer fee will be required at time of transfer. 
Vehicles: Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV sites. Motorhomes will be allowed 1 towed vehicle. 
Campsite Areas: All tents, RVs, vehicles and personal belongings must fully fit within your designated camping spot.
Restrooms: There will be restrooms & shower and handwashing facilities located in walking distance from  the  campground. 
Campfires: There will be no open campfires allowed within any campsite. Self-contained BBQ grills using propane or charcoal are allowed. 
Speed Limit: Vehicle Speed limit throughout the campground will me 5mph. (This is for camper's and pedestrian saftey. Anyone driving recklessly or at excessive speeds will be asked to leave premesis.)
Trash Bins: Campsites must be kept clean and tidy. There will be trash recepticals located throughout the campground.
Glass Containers: No glass beverage containers of any kind permitted. All drink containers must be paper, plastic or aluminum. (This is for general safety to avoid broken glass, but also we do not want our livestock finding or stepping on broken glass after this event.)
RV's: RV's must be fully self-contained. 
Food and Drink: Campers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks and coolers to the event. There will be food and drink vendors available througout the campground and entertainment area. Food and Drink sales are strictly prohibited without prior approved vendor application. 
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10pm to 7am. 
Bright Lights: The campground is located far enough away from town that light pollution is extremly minimal. Many guests will enjoy the clear nights for astronomy or astro-photography. We ask that bright lights be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. 
Drones: Drones are prohibited within and above the campground except for approved photograpy, news or security personnel.
Pets: Pets will not be alowed in the campground. Service animals will be allowed. 
Children: Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times. 
Campsite Privacy: Please respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites. There will be designated walking and driving paths throughout the campground.
Property Damage: Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys or harms campground property or equipment will be held liable for said property's repair or replacement.
Conduct: No person shall disturb the 
peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, or display/discharge a firearm or other weapon.
Changes: These rules can be changed or ammended at any time by 2024 Eclipse on the Ranch. A list of rules will be posted in public areas of the campground.
Any guest found in violation of these rules may be asked to vacate the campground. Without Refund.
Liability: 2024 Eclipse on the Ranch will not be held resposible for loss or damage to camping tenant's property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casulty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature. Camping Tenants expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for such losses. 
Indemnification: Camping tenants indemnify and hold harmless 2024 Eclipse on the Ranch, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of tenant’s exercise of his rights hereunder, except as may be caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of 2024 Eclipse on the Ranch or its officers and /or employees.
