Serving the Texas Hill Country, we are based in Junction, Texas and regularly frequent San Angelo, Kerrville, and the surrounding areas, serving up the crave-worthy delights you will be proud to share with your guests whether it’s a wedding, family reunion, corporate event or party.

The goal at La Cabra Meat is to ensure the most delicious culinary experience whether at our ranch or at a catered event. 

Our attention to detail sets us apart and allows us to showcase fellow Kimble and surrounding county farmers, ranchers and producers.
